The Intellectual Property Theme Branch of Hangzhou Public Library was jointly established by Hangzhou Public Library, Binjiang District Library and Hangzhou High Technology Zone (Binjiang) Market Supervision Bureau. It is an important part of the intellectual property comprehensive service center and ranks first in China. Covering an area of 150 square meters, the collection is mainly intellectual property, supplemented by literature, philosophy and others, including over 5000 volumes of intellectual property books in terms of intellectual property law, policy, annals, academic literature and so on. In addition, inquiry service of electronic documents is set up to provide users with intellectual property literature services. Various training courses and seminars are regularly held to improve users' ability to use intellectual property law and technical information.
