Environment Branch of Hangzhou Public Library is jointly established by Hangzhou Environmental Group and Hangzhou Public Library. Adhering to the service principle of "equal, free, and accessible”, and the orientation of "third cultural space", the library focuses on environmental reference services, environmental protection services and interactive experiences programs. Meanwhile, the services and books drifting pavilions are extended to 138 creative space in Tianziling vein town, Tianziling ecological park, education bases, etc. The library combines the reading with the spread of environmental culture, which further enriches the connotation of eco-friendly education, the form of environmental protection publicity, thus, citizens have not only enhanced environmental protection awareness, but also reading enthusiasm.
