The Racket Culture Theme Branch of Hangzhou Public Library was jointly established by Hangzhou Public Library and Shangguan township government of Fuyang District of Hangzhou. It opened in January 2020, covering 800 square meters with a collection of more than 2000 volumes of books. This library focuses on racket culture, featuring theme literature display, literature circulation, racket exhibition, experience and activity promotion.
