The International Theme Branch of Hangzhou Public Library was jointly established by Hangzhou Public Library, City Brand Promotion Association and Hangzhou International Community. It opened in September 2019 with original foreign language books, Chinese English bilingual books, and English versions of Hangzhou local culture. The library aims to serve foreign friends living in Hangzhou, help them to communicate with Hangzhou citizens and provide a platform of reading, exchange and interaction for understanding and integrating into Hangzhou.
