The Constitution and Law Theme Branch of Hangzhou Public Library was jointly established by Hangzhou Public Library and 1954 Constitution Archives Exhibition Hall. It opened in December 2017, covering over 400 square meters with 132 seats for reading and more than 10000 volumes of books. There are Constitution of the People’s Republic of China of 1954 and Constitution of the People’s Republic of China of 1982, part of precious historical records related to 1954 Constitution. Adhere to the constructive ideology of popularizing the knowledge and spirit of Constitution, the library has become an important window for citizens to know the Constitutions and laws.
