On 18th December, a delegation from Ulsan, led by the Chief of local education committee, visited Hangzhou Public Library.
Ying Hui, Director of the library, had a talk with the delegation and answered the questions raised in the process concerning the management, operation and development of the library. In the exchange of views, they reiterated the importance of reading in people’s daily life and reconfirmed the irreplaceable role libraries play in reading promotion.

The delegation toured around the library and showed great interest in the idea of theme branch libraries. In Music Library, the delegation made inquiries about the services it provides as a nontraditional library.
