Consulate General of Ecuador in Shanghai has maintained sound relations with Hangzhou Municipal Government for years. On Oct. 11, a book donation ceremony was held in HPL where Consulate General of Ecuador donated 25 spanish books to HPL. Speeches by consul general Karina Morales Herrrera and Ying Hui, director of HPL followed.
Ying thanked Consulate General of Ecuador for providing patrons an opportunity to learn more about ecuadorian culture and spanish literature, and hoped that the two sides could carry out more cultural exchanges in the future.
