From April 9th to 27th, a new exhibition titled Hungarian Contemporary Art Exhibition, featuring 97 paintings and 23 sculptures was successfully held in Hangzhou Public Library.
This art exhibition was co-hosted by the Embassy of Hungary, Beijing Hungarian Cultural Institution, and the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV, Film, Press and Publication.
Works of Hungarian artists of various styles, such as abstractionism, geometry, and constructivism, were exhibited, revealing the tendency of contemporary art. The exhibition also acts as a way to strengthen the communication between China and Hungary in culture and art.
