A delegation led by Mr. Jordan Rodriguez, Director of International Cultural and Latino Affairs of the Mayor Office of Indianapolis visited Hangzhou Public Library(HPL) and its Buddhism Branch on October 18. Mr. Chu Shuqing, general director of HPL guided the tour.
On the basis of the sister cities between Hangzhou and Indianapolis, HPL has a long shared history with Indianapolis Central Library. During the meeting, both remarked on the potentials of expanded channels of exchange, aiming to promote the culture to the people of one another.
