European Art Museum covers nearly 3000 square meters with over a hundred of luxuriant paintings, scruples, etc. Most of these valuable items on show were produced between 18 to 19 century and each of them has a beautiful story. What’s more, the exhibition is open to public totally for free and will last for 3 years.
It is the first non-profit European Art Museum in China. Just like Chu shuqing, general director of Hangzhou Public Library emphasized: “it is our duty to create art atmosphere for our city and help our citizens improve their ability of art-appreciation.”
