On June 19th,2017, Chu Shuqing, General Director of Hangzhou Public Library, joined the webinar of OCLC. It was not only his first time to participate into discussion as a member of executive council of Asia Pacific Regional Council (APRC), but also the debut to reflect the interests of public library members of Chinese mainland.
From the webinar, Mr. Chu got an overview of the OCLC membership management and its organizational system, who deeply impressed by the members of the Asia Pacific Region which were actively engaged in the regional events, and made great contribution to its development.
During his term ending 30th June 2020, Mr. Chu will expect to participate a series of webinars and activities ahead, who is ready to make a louder voice internationally.
