Mr. Won- Kyu Chang, the Director General of the Busan Metropolitan Simin Municipal Library and the five-person delegation paid a visit to Hangzhou Public Library on October 26, 2016.
The guests toured around the library, and were introduced to the main services to library users and the achievements Hangzhou Public Library made in recent years. Mr. Won- Kyu Chang gave high praise to the library and expressed his desire to develop a collaborative relationship in the future.
