In recent years, Hangzhou Public Library has increased the numbers of its staff members going abroad for work exchange and bringing new experiences, either through international conferences or the staff exchange program.
8 people went abroad in 2016 and brought back lots of new experiences. An exchange meeting was held successfully, attracting more than 30 people.
