The Indianapolis Public Library is made up of the Central Library, 23 branches, and the Library Services Center. The Central Library locates adjacent to the Indiana World War Memorial Plaza. The exhibition ORDINAYR Hangzhou was featured in the Central Library from August 10 until September 30. On the opening day, Greg Ballard, former Republican mayor of Indianapolis and Sherry Dong, president of Indianapolis-Hangzhou Sister City Committee attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. He Xiaoxi, the curator from Hangzhou Public Library, also spoke at the ceremony. The opening ceremony attracted more than 300 viewers, and evoked a strong repercussion among local Chinese.
